1Estimated Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines will be shared with the customer at the time of order confirmation.
These timelines are based on standard production schedules, shipping methods, and courier availability.
While we make every effort to deliver within the promised timeframe, slight variations may occur due to production complexity, order volume, or logistical challenges.
2Free on Board (FOB) Transactions
For orders processed under FOB (Free On Board) terms:
Cordestitch's responsibility ends once the goods are securely loaded onto the designated shipping vessel at the port of departure.
From this point onward, the buyer assumes full responsibility for:
○ Freight charges
○ Transit insurance
○ Customs duties, taxes, and clearance at the destination port
○ Final delivery to the buyer's premises
Cordestitch will provide all necessary documentation to assist the buyer in facilitating smooth logistics and customs clearance.
3Domestic & Third-Party Courier Deliveries
For deliveries managed through third-party courier partners, Cordestitch is not liable for:
○ Delays caused by the courier company, shipping agencies, or customs authorities.
○ Damages, loss, or theft of goods during transit once they are handed over to the courier.
Customers are encouraged to track their shipments using the tracking details provided after dispatch.
4Unforeseen Delays
Cordestitch is not liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or political unrest.
Customs clearance delays at international borders.
Pandemic-related restrictions or regulatory changes.
5Delivery Confirmation
Once an order is dispatched, customers will receive an email/SMS notification with tracking details.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the provided shipping address and contact details are accurate. Cordestitch will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
