Terms and Conditions

1.1 We specialize in:

• Bulk customized T-shirts
• Customized trousers (non-bulk orders)

1.2 Additional Services:

• FOB (Free On Board) Garment Manufacturing – Cordestitch handles production and ensures delivery up to the shipping port.
• Job Work (CMT Model – Cut, Make & Trim) – partnership-based garment work where materials are provided by the client, and Cordestitch executes production services.

2.1 Orders must be confirmed in writing with full details of customization, designs, and quantities.

2.2 Payment Terms:

• Bulk/customized products: advance payment required, balance before dispatch.
• FOB/CMT services: terms as per service agreement.

2.3 We accept payments via bank transfer, debit/credit cards, or approved digital methods.

2.4 By providing bank/credit card details, you authorize Cordestitch to process payments securely. We do not store full card details on our servers; transactions are handled through secure, PCI-compliant gateways.

3.1 We may collect personal details such as name, email, phone number, billing/shipping address, and payment information for processing orders and providing services.

3.2 Your personal data will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

3.3 We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

3.4 By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described above.

4.1 Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at order confirmation.

4.2 In FOB transactions, our liability ends once goods are loaded on the shipping vessel. Further logistics, insurance, and clearance are the buyer's responsibility.

4.3 Cordestitch is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances.

5.1 As our products are customized, we do not accept returns or refunds once an order is confirmed and production has started.

5.2 Exceptions: If there is a manufacturing defect or customization error attributable to Cordestitch, we will provide repair, replacement, or partial refund, subject to review.

5.3 Claims must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product, supported with photographic/videographic evidence.

5.4 Cancellations are only possible before production starts. Once production begins, cancellations are not permitted.

6.1 In the CMT model, the client provides raw materials (fabric, trims, labels, etc.). Cordestitch is responsible only for execution of cutting, stitching, and finishing.

6.2 Any shortage, damage, or quality issue with the supplied raw material is the client's responsibility.

6.3 Service charges, timelines, and partnership terms will be governed by a separate agreement.

7.1 Designs, logos, and trademarks shared by clients remain their intellectual property.

7.2 Cordestitch reserves the right to use generic, non-branded work samples for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8.1 Cordestitch ensures standard quality in all products and services.

8.2 We are not liable for damages due to misuse, mishandling, or external logistics issues.

8.3 Our maximum liability, if established, will be limited to the value of the affected order or service.

Both parties agree to keep all business, design, and trade information confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore.

Cordestitch reserves the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting on our website.
