Introduction

At Cordestitch, we take pride in providing high-quality, customized apparel and services tailored to your specific requirements. Since most of our products are made-to-order, we maintain strict guidelines regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations to ensure fairness and clarity for both parties.

5.1 General Policy

  • As our products are customized to client specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is confirmed and production has commenced.
  • This policy is in place as customized goods cannot be resold or reused.

5.2 Exceptions – Manufacturing Defects or Errors

We understand that errors may occur during production. Therefore, exceptions will be made in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Any issue related to stitching, sizing (not as per order specifications), material quality, or finishing that is attributable to Cordestitch.
  • Customization Errors: If the delivered product does not match the confirmed order details (design, logo placement, color, print, or embroidery errors caused by our team).

Resolution Options:

  • Free repair of the product.
  • Replacement of the defective item.
  • Partial or full refund (at the discretion of Cordestitch, subject to review).

5.3 Claim Procedure

  • All claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery of the product.
  • The customer must provide clear photographic or videographic evidence of the defect/error to support the claim during unboxing of the product itself.
  • Once verified by our quality assurance team, Cordestitch will initiate the corrective action.
  • Claims raised after the 7-day window will not be entertained.

5.4 Order Cancellations

  • Cancellations are permitted only before the production process begins.
  • Once production starts, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances, as raw materials and resources are allocated immediately.
  • Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

5.5 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized products made as per client specifications.
  • Products damaged due to mishandling, improper washing, or external factors not attributable to Cordestitch.
  • Orders where the issue reported does not meet the exception criteria outlined above.
